How It Works

1. Make a Referral: Submit your referral’s details through our online form.
2. We Qualify the Lead: We’ll reach out to your referral to assess their needs.
3. They Sign Up: Once your referral signs a 1-year commitment with us, you qualify for a bonus.

Requirements for a Fully Qualified Referral

For a referral to be considered "fully qualified," the following criteria must be met:

• The referral must be a new client who has not worked with CAER Technologies in the past.
• They must sign a 1-year contract for any of our managed services.
• The referral must be submitted through our official referral form and include valid contact details.
• Referrals from existing clients must not conflict with any pre-existing agreements or relationships.

Appreciation Bonus Levels

We appreciate every referral and have designed appreciation bonuses to thank you for your support based on the type of client and number of endpoints:

• Basic Tier Clients: $50 per endpoint, up to a maximum of $500.
• Advanced Tier Clients: $75 per endpoint, up to a maximum of $750.

As an alternative, you can choose to take double the bonus amount as a credit on your next bill.

• Appreciation bonuses are issued within 30 days of the referred client’s contract signing.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
• Appreciation bonuses are not transferable or redeemable in cash.
